钻柱扭矩测量方法研究

钻井过程中扭矩参数的精确测量一直是钻井工程中的一大难题，长期以来人们一直在探索。目前国内外有关钻柱扭矩测量的方法与研究工作有了较大的进展。概括介绍了钻柱扭矩测量的国内外发展状况。并在此基础上进一步介绍了方补心扭矩仪及井下马达电流测量扭矩的原理及优点，提出了通过测量扭矩来判断钻柱扭转振动的强烈程度。与此同时，方补心扭矩仪的成功研制基本解决了长期困扰钻井界的钻柱扭矩测量问题。

The Advance for Measuring the Torque of Drill String

It has been an intractable problem to measure the torque parameter precisely in drilling, and for a long time the appropriate methods of measuring torque has been researched, now, which has made a great progress . But there is still problems lying in the settlement of the torque measure.Therefore, this paper, based on the simple introduction of the development of measuring the torque of drill string home and abroad, makes a deeper introduction of the measure with the Kelly pushing torque meter and borehole motor current, through which, the intensity of torque vibration can be estimated. Meanwhile, the Kelly torque manufactured successfully solves the measure problem that has been harassing drilling industry for a long time.
