阀式液动射流冲击器的研制

摘    要:液动射流冲击器在深井模拟实验室的试验结果表明,其在实际应用中具有良好的可行性和应用前景。与此同时,也发现了一些问题,如由于喷嘴过流断面较小等原因导致的射流元件易损坏的问题,所以需要增大喷嘴过流断面。但这种改变必然对射流切换造成影响,其它结构参数必须重新设计。而大量模拟试验表明:增大喷嘴过流断面,调整其它相关结构参数,射流能够实现切换。为此,实际冲击器在设计时增设一阀,将信号道移到中板,改变劈形,排空孔下移且合二为一。重新设计的阀式液动射流冲击器与同规格射流冲击器相比,在冲击功及冲击频率方面相差不大,但压耗大幅度降低。

Abstract:The experimental results of the hydro-efflux hammer indicate that it has good application potential and good application prospects. It also finds that efflux parts can be easily damaged because of the small water-carrying section area in the nozzle, therefore, the section area needs to be increased. While this change will impact the efflux switching performance and others parameters need to be redesigned. Therefore, a new valve was added when the actual hammer was designed. The signal channel was moved to middle panel, split was changed and evacuation hole was moved down and combined two of them. Compared with other hammers with the same diameter, the newly designed hydro-efflux hammer has the similar impact work and frequency and reduced pressure loss.
