长水平段水平井砂桥卡钻反循环加压处理方法

摘    要:随着大牛地气田开发的不断深入,水平井逐渐增多,长水平段水平井数量也不断增加。由于该气田目的层水平段夹层较多,施工过程中井壁失稳问题突出,易形成砂桥卡钻。与直井相比,水平井砂桥卡钻的处理方法较少,处理成本高,且不能彻底有效解除事故。针对砂桥卡钻的特点和难点,分析了大牛地气田长水平井中砂桥卡钻的形成原因及处理难点,提出了解卡新方法——反循环加压法,详细介绍了该方法的工作原理、利用该方法时常见的2种情况、实施条件及注意事项。该方法在大牛地气田DP16井、DP22井和DP17井等水平井砂桥卡钻处理中进行了应用,均取得成功,且效果良好,逐渐形成为适合大牛地气田的快速有效的卡钻处理方法。
