中原油田注空气驱油试验研究

摘    要:在分析中原油田开发特点的基础上,对已应用的提高采收率技术进行了分析,指出了存在的问题,提出应用注空气驱技术可进一步提高油藏采收率。介绍了空气驱低温氧化机理,建立了室内试验装置。针对胡12块油藏原油,研究了不同压力、温度下注空气动态驱油情况。分析了压力、温度等因素对气体突破时间、突破时气体含氧量和驱油效率的影响。试验结果表明:注入温度一定时,随着无因次压力的增加,气体突破时间缩短,突破气体含氧量增加,气体突破时驱油效率降低;无因次压力一定时,随着温度的升高,气体突破时间缩短,突破气体含氧量降低,气体突破时驱油效率增加。该试验对中原油田安全、有效地应用注空气驱油技术具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the production characteristics and EOR techniques used in Zhongyuan Oilfield,the existing problems were identified and the air injection was proposed to improve the oil recovery.The mechanics of low temperature oxidation(LTO) of air injection is introduced and the experiment apparatus is set up.Air-injection displacement experiments on the crude oil of Hu-12 block have been conducted at different pressures and temperatures.This paper analyzed the effect of pressure and temperature on gas breakthrough time,gas oxygen content in gas breakthrough and displacement efficiency.The experiment results indicate that the time of gas breakthrough decreases,the oxygen content of the breakthrough gas increases and the displacement efficiency at gas breakthrough decreases with the increase of the dimensionless pressure when the temperature is constant.On the other side,the time of gas breakthrough decreases,the oxygen content of the breakthrough gas decreases and the displacement efficiency at gas breakthrough increases with the increase of the temperature when the dimensionless pressure is constant.These experiment results are very important in using air-injection displacement safely and effectively in Zhongyuan Oilfield.
