摘    要:为提高川东北地区的钻井速度.加快川东北地区的勘探进程.在该地区老君山构造的老君1井的钻井过程中.选择上部陆相地层进行了空气钻井技术试验并取得了成功,用时21d安全钻进2491,70m,机械钻速达到11.27m/h.较常规钻井提高了10倍.为以后该地区钻井提供了新的技术选择。从井壁稳定性、地层压力和地层产出物三个方面分析了老君1井在上部地层进行空气钻井的可行性,介绍了该井空气钻井的流程、设备和详细的实施过程.分析了空气钻井过程中存在的问题及该地区今后空气钻井急需解决的问题。

Abstract:In order to increase drilling speed in the East Sichuan area and speed up ltS exploration progress, the upper continental formations of Well Laojun-1 located at the Laojunshan structure are tested by air drilling technology and make success. The 2 491.70 m length of hole section is finished after 21 days with an average ROP of 11.27 m/h that is 10 times higher than conventional drilling, which provides new technical options for further drilling in this area. Feasibilities of air drilling at such condition are analyzed in terms of wellbore wall stability, formation pressure, and formation outputs. In addition, this paper presents the air drilling process, equipment, detail operations, as well as technical considerations and urgent problems arised from air drilling.
