摘    要:MEG(Methylglucoside甲基葡萄糖甙)是聚糖类高分子物质的单体衍生物.加入钻井液中可以形成半透膜,降低水的活度,有利于减少钻井液和地层中水的运移,保持井壁稳定,且具有良好的抑制性和润滑性。用MEG为主剂配制成的MEG水基钻井液具有流变性易调整,高温稳定性好,抗污染能力强及油气层保护效果好等特点。在T86047井的成功应用证明,该钻井液流变性、润滑性等性能与邻井聚磺混油钻井液相当.并具有良好的井壁稳定性和环保特性。

Abstract:MEG (Methylglucoside) is a chemical derivative of glucose, it can form semipermeable membrane and reduce the activity of water when it is added into the drilling fluid, so it can stabilize wellbore by controlling the movement of water. MEG drilling fluid has adjustable rheology, high temperature stability, contaminant resistance and excellent formation damage prevention. The oil field application in T86047 Well shows its many good properties, including superior rheology, lubrication, wellbore stability and environmental protection.
