正电性不分散钻井液体系的室内研究

摘    要:为从根本上解决因泥岩地层粘土水化分散而引起的井眼失稳问题。研制开发了无粘土相的正电性不分散钻井液体系。室内试验结果表明,因其独特的正电性,该体系具有良好的流变性、很强的抗钙盐污染能力、超强的抑制性和良好的油气层保护能力。不但有利于抑制粘土水化膨胀和分散,防止井塌,保持井眼稳定,而且对油气层的伤害程度低,有利于保护油层。正电性不分散钻井液体系有望替代油基钻井液,发展前景良好。

Abstract:In order to effectively solve wellbore instability induced from clay hydration, a clay free, positive non-dispersed mud system has been developed. The lab test results show that it performs good rheology and high calcium-salt resistant capability, super high inhibition and good reservoir protection capability. This mud system is propitious to not only protect oil zone for its low damages to formations and inhibit clay hydration, but prevent well sloughing, and maintain wellbore stability. The positive non-dispersed mud system is hopeful to replace oil mud with good prospect.
