摘    要:综述了甲基葡萄糖苷的合成方法、理化性能以及甲基葡萄糖苷钻井液的性能及在墨西哥湾地区的应用情况。甲基葡萄糖苷钻井液是一种具有良好的润滑性、降滤失性及高温稳定性且无毒、易生物降解的新型水基钻井液,是油基钻井液的理想替代体系。该体系为解决钻井过程中井眼失稳和环境污染等问题提供了新的方法和途径。

Abstract:Methyl glucoside composition method ,mechanism, physic chemical properties, the performance of methyl glucoside drilling fluid are introduced along with its applications. Methyl glucoside drilling fluid system is of good lubricity, fluid loss propperty,high temperature stability, nontoxic and subject to degradation. The system can effectively control shale swelling and is ideal substitute to oil base fluid one. The development of the system provides a new way to control wellbore collapse and prevent environment in drilling activities.
