含埋藏裂纹缺陷X80长输管线的安全评定

摘    要:应用GB/T 19624-2004对含埋藏裂纹缺陷的长输管线进行安全评定,评定过程中选取了4种不同壁厚的X80管段进行简化评定,绘制出了失效评定图并给出了容限裂纹尺寸。基于GB/T 19624-2004中的简化评定,开发出了含埋藏裂纹缺陷的长输管线安全评定系统,该软件减少了安全评定过程中计算的工作量,提高了长输管线的安全评定工作效率,降低了评定的难度。

Abstract:In this article,it adopted GB/T 19624—2004 to carry out the safety assessment for X80 long-distance transportation pipeline,selected 4 kinds of X80 pipeline with different thickness for simplifying assessment,drew the failure assessment diagram and gave out the tolerance of crack size.Based on the simplifying assessment of GB/T 19624—2004,the safety assessment system for long-distance transportation pipeline with hidden crack defect was developed,the software reduced the workload of calculation,improved work efficiency and lowered assessment difficulties.
