| 摘 要： | 对HFW焊管轧机管理系统的构成进行了简要论述,并对其设置和扩展进行了简要介绍.该管理系统设计为2级结构:1级为“操作级”,2级为“监督级”.该系统可以分成6个模块:轧辊状态管理软件模块、开机/停机时间报告软件模块、生产监测软件模块、趋势软件模块、数据打印软件模块以及钢带跟踪软件模块.通过应用发现,该轧机管理系统可以有效提高生产和工作效率.

| Abstract: | The installation and expansion of rolling mill management system status were introduced in this article .The management system of HFW pipe rolling mill is designed in two level structures; the first is ＂operation level＂, and the second is ＂supervision level＂. This system can be divided into six software modules, such as managing rolling mill status, reporting uptime/downtime, monitoring production, trend, data printing and strip tracking. The application of rolling mill management system can greatly increase production efficiency and work efficiency. |
