高效节能钉头管电容储能螺柱焊技术的开发

摘    要:介绍了为适应钉头管生产而开发的研制的新型高效电容储能螺柱焊机,在焊接电源的充电回路中设计了三相桥式半控,恒流高效充电回路,取消了限流电阻,在放电回路中设计了放电可控硅施加反向电压电路,以强制关断,互锁采用逻辑电路控制,实现可靠互锁。

Abstract:A new type screw stem welder with capacitance stored energy welding,being high efficiency and used to the production for the pipe with stems outside is introduced. A three phase half controlled bridge circuit with constant current and high efficiency is designed in the charged loop of the welding power supply. So a limiting current resistance is canceled. To force to turn off the circuit, a circuit with reverse voltage applied to discharged SCR is designed in discharged loop. To get a reliable interlock. The logic control circuit is applicated. Finally the quality and economic aspects obout the welding joint of the capacitance stored energy and screw stem welding are compared with it in the arc welding, and points out the superiority of the capacitance stored energy welding.
