摘    要:采用焊接热模拟技术和金相显微组织分析技术,对不同焊接热输入下X100管线钢热影响区的强度和组织变化规律进行了深入分析.研究结果表明,经过焊接热循环后,X100管线钢焊接热影响区粗晶区(CGHAZ)强度均有不同程度的下降,且下降幅度随着热输入的增加而增加,当焊接热输入达到40 kJ/cm时,CGHAZ的强度已不能满足X100管线钢最低强度要求.X100管线钢CGHAZ软化可归结于粒状贝氏体增加和晶粒亚结构的粗化,且粒状贝氏体所占比例和晶粒的粗化程度均随着热输入的增加而增加.

Abstract:The welding thermal simulation and microstructure analysis technology were used to investigate the variation of strength and microstructure for X100 HAZ.The results indicated that the strength of CGHAZ in X100 pipeline steel is reduced in some degrees after welding thermal cycle.With the heat input increasing,the decrease range is increased.When the heat input is up to 40 kJ/cm,the strength of CGHAZ will not meet the lowest requirement of X100 pipeline steel.The softening of CGHAZ is attributed to the increasing of granular bainite and the coarsening of the grain substructure,as well as the percentage of granular bainite and the coarsening extent both increase with heat input increasing.
