摘    要:为了研究Inconel601镍基高温合金焊接工艺,基于材料的化学成分、力学性能、冶金性能等特性,选用ERNiCrCoMo-1焊材作为填充金属,通过控制热输入调整焊接参数,对Inconel601进行了焊接试验,并对焊接接头开展力学性能检测、腐蚀试验及金相分析。结果表明,通过控制热输入获得较大的冷却速度,并且在合金元素冶金作用下,熔敷金属获得良好的抗裂性,焊缝无结晶裂纹的产生,且焊缝成型美观;焊接接头具备优异的力学性能及良好的耐蚀性能。

Abstract:In order to study the welding process of nickel-based superalloy Inconel601,ERNiCrCoMo-1 welding material was selected as the filler metal based on the chemical composition,mechanical properties,metallurgical properties and other properties of the material.Adjust welding parameters by controlling heat input,the welding test of Inconel601 was conducted.The mechanical properties,corrosion test and metallographic analysis of welded joints were carried out.The results show that greater cooling speed is achieved by controlling the heat input,and the deposited metal has good crack resistance under the action of alloying element metallurgy,and the weld has no crystal crack,and the weld has good formation.The welded joint has excellent mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance.
