输油管道的安全评价和缺陷分析

摘    要:某管段的螺旋焊缝存在裂纹和气孔缺陷,选取最大尺寸的裂纹和气孔,采用不同的标准分别对两种缺陷进行了评价,同时对裂纹进行了微观分析。分析结果表明:该管道已不适合在常温及常温以下环境运行,管道的安全运行压力最大为4.42MPa,裂纹已开始扩展,建议在4.42MPa以下运行、维修或停止使用。

Abstract:There are several cracks and gas pockets in weld of some SAWH pipe section,it evaluated two kinds of defects by choosing the largest size crack and gas pocket and adopting different standards,at the same time,it carried out microcosmic analysis to crack.The results indicated that this pipeline was unsuitable for running under normal temperature and below,the maximum safety working pressure of pipeline was 4.42 MPa,and the cracks had already been extended.Therefore,it suggests that it should run and maintenance this pipeline,or stop using below 4.42 MPa.
