022Cr17Ni12Mo2钢制水灰流量检测器焊接修复工艺

为了准确定位并修复022Cr17Ni12Mo2钢制水灰流量检测器装置内部出现的冲蚀磨损缺陷坑，结合流量检测器装置的实际工况，提出了采用TIG焊接方法修复冲蚀磨损缺陷坑的措施。制定了经济实用的焊接方法，设置了合理的焊接工艺参数，并对该工艺参数下的焊接修复件进行了相关检测。检测结果表明，修复部位满足相关技术条件要求，质量可靠，修复后装置试运行稳定有效，完全达到了使用要求。说明制定的焊接修复工艺合理可行，可用于同类缺陷的焊接修复工作。

Study on Welding Repair Technology of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 Steel Water-ash Flow Detector

In order to accurately locate and repair the erosion wear defect pits in the 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 steel water-ash flow detector, the measures of repairing erosion wear defect pits by TIG welding were put forward in combination with the actual working conditions of the flow detector. An economical and practical welding method is developed, reasonable welding parameters are set, and relevant testing is carried out on the welding repair parts under the technological parameters. The test results show that the repaired part meets the requirements of the relevant technical conditions, and the quality is reliable. After the repair, the trial operation of the device is stable and effective, and the application requirements are fully met. It is indicated that the developed welding repair process is reasonable and feasible and can be used for welding repair of similar defects.
