摘    要:为了明确埋弧焊钢管生产中铣边坡口和焊接坡口的关系,得到较为明确的坡口变化规律,通过对铣边机刀座、钢板铣边坡口和内外焊坡口的测量和计算,分析了理论坡口角度和实际焊接坡口角度的关系,以及直缝埋弧焊和螺旋埋弧焊钢管坡口角度的区别,并得出了埋弧焊管坡口角度计算的通用经验公式。结果指出,通过对焊管坡口参数的分析和优化,可以精确控制焊缝形貌,对于埋弧焊薄壁钢管的生产,应采用较大的铣边坡口角度,内外角控制在45°~55°。

Abstract:In order to clarify the relationship between the edge milling groove and the welding groove in SSAW pipe production and obtain a relatively clear groove variation, through the measurement and calculation of edge milling machine tool apron, steel plate edge milling groove and internal and external welding groove, the relation between theoretical groove angle and actual welding groove angle, and the difference between longitudinal submerged arc welding and spiral submerged arc welding pipe groove angle are analyzed, and the general empirical formula of groove angle calculation of submerged arc welding pipe is obtained. The results show that by analyzing and optimizing the groove parameters of welded pipe, the weld morphology can be precisely controlled. For the production of submerged arc welded thin wall steel pipe, the large angle of edge milling groove should be adopted, and the inner and outer angle should be controlled within 45° ~55°.
