螺旋埋弧焊管的各向异性及其抗变形性能研究

摘    要:为了研究螺旋埋弧焊管各向异性的规律,对API X52~X100螺旋埋弧焊管管体横向和纵向力学性能试验结果进行了对比,并对其拉伸应变性能进行了分析。研究结果发现,热轧板卷的各向异性和焊管制造工艺均会造成焊管力学性能方面的各向异性。螺旋埋弧焊管的管体纵向屈服强度及屈强比明显要高于横向;抗拉强度则略高于管体横向;且管体纵向的屈强比偏高。如果采用合适的工艺,也可以生产出低屈强比的螺旋焊管。另外,螺旋埋弧焊管中的静水压试验和防腐工序也会提高螺旋焊管的屈服强度及屈强比指标,其对焊管应变特性的影响也不应忽视。

Abstract:In order to find the anisotropy characteristics of SSAW pipe,it analyzed the transverse and longitudinal mechanical properties test results of X52~X100 steel grade SSAW pipe,as well as its tensile strain performance.The results indicated that the anisotropy hot-rolled-coil and steel pipe manufacturing processes both can cause the anisotropy of SSAW pipe mechanical properties.The pipe body longitudinal direction yield strength and yield ratio were obviously higher than those of pipe body transverse direction;the tensile strength of pipe body longitudinal direction was slightly higher than that of pipe body transverse direction;and the yield ratio of pipe body longitudinal direction was so the high side.If suitable technology is adopted,it can also produce the spiral welded pipe with low yield ratio.In addition,the hydrostatic pressure test and anticorrosion process of SSAW pipe will also enhance the yield strength and yield ratio index,its influence on steel pipe strain features should not be ignored.
