| 摘 要： | 以I-D级聚合物SBS类改性沥青为目标产品，在原料和工艺不变的情况下，通过调整改性剂SBS、相容剂的加入量，考察在不同条件下聚合物SBS改性沥青质量的变化情况，进而确定聚合物SBS改性沥青的最佳生产工艺配方。结果表明，在I-C级改性沥青的基础上，将SBS的加入量增加3％，可确保聚合物SBS改性沥青质量的稳定，达到交通部JTJ03-981 I-D级聚合物SBS改性沥青的使用要求。

| Abstract: | The factors affecting the properties of I-D grade SBS (styrene-butadiene copolymer) modified asphalt were investigated. The effects of the dosages of SBS modifier and compatible agent on the properties of modified asphalt were studied under constant feedstock and process conditions. Based on the above results and the formula of I-C grade asphalt, an additional 3% SBS modifier was added to obtain the optimum formula for I-D grade asphalt production. The qualities of the obtained product were stable and met the I-D grade SBS modified asphalt requirements suggested by the Ministry of Communications (JTJ03-98). |
