摘    要:应用均匀设计法制定甲醇-碱水溶液萃取脱除FCC汽油硫醇的试验方案,并对试验结果进行回归处理,建立脱硫醇的数学模型,得出最佳值:溶剂组成,7.2%NaOH、90.0%CH3OH;油剂体积比1.0;脱臭率96.8%。验证结果表明,模型的预测值与试验值能很好吻合,通过对等值线图等条件的分析,确定出萃取脱硫醇的最佳操作区间:溶剂组成,5.0%~10.0%NaOH、78.0%~85.0%CH3OH;油剂体积比1.0~2.0;脱臭率≥93.0%。

Abstract:A test scheme of mathanol/alkali solvent extraction for sweetening of FCC naphtha was determined by uniform design. The test results were handled by regression, and a mathematical model of sweetening was established. The calculated optimal conditions were at a solvent composition of 7.2% NaOH with 90.0% CH 3OH and a naphtha/solvent volume ratio of 1.0, and the calcualted sweetening rate was 96.8%. The varifying test results showed a well identity between the calculation and the experimentation. The optimal area was obtained from the isoline chart, at a solvent composition of 5.0% to 10.0% NaOH with 78.0% to 85.0% CH 3OH and a naphtha/solvent ratio of 1.0 to 2.0 resulted a sweetening rate higher than 93.0%.
