摘    要:针对炼油厂污水汽提装置氨精制工艺的现状,采用结晶-吸附法进行脱除氨中硫化氢的实验研究,结果证实结晶-吸附工艺能有效地脱除氨中的硫化氢、油和水等杂质,得到了有关的操作控制参数,为工艺设计提供了依据。以试验研究为基础提出了“洗涤-结晶-吸附-精脱硫”的氨精制新工艺,并成功地应用于实际生产。该工艺适应性强,精制脱硫效果好,液氨质量稳定,其纯度超过99.8%,硫化氢含量低于2μg/g。

Abstract:The status quo of the ammonia refining process of the waste water stripping unit in the refinery was analyzed.A new process named Washing-crystallization-adsorp is proposed to remove the hydrogen sulfide as well as the water and oil from ammonia.This process was based on the lab.oratory experiments and has been commercially applicated in Maoming Petrochemical Company.The final purity of the liquid ammonia was over 99.8% and the hydrogen sulfide content was less than 2 ppm.
