摘    要:合成出了可用于催化裂化的MCM-41分子筛,并制成FCC催化剂。经半工业应用试验表明:使用系统藏量中含有50%MCM-41分子筛的FCC催化剂具有较好的裂化重油的能力,与原用催化剂相比柴油收率可增加1.85个百分点,轻质油收率增加3.47个百分点,焦炭产率下降了0.29个百分点。

Abstract:MCM 41 molecular sieve was prepared and used as active component of FCC catalyst. The catalyst was tested in a semi commercial unit in comparison with the original catalyst, it showed better heavy oil cracking ability when the catalyst was up to 50% of the catalyst inventory. The LCO and light oil yields were increased by 1.85 and 3.47 percentages respectively, and the coke yield was decreased by 0.21 percentage.
