GD环保型滤砂管

常规环氧树脂滤砂管甲醛和甲苯严重超标 ,对生产和施工人员及环境有一定的伤害 ,因此在环氧树脂滤砂管的基础上开发了GD环保型滤砂管。这种环保型滤砂管由中心管、滤砂器及引鞋组成 ,中心管采用 6 4mm油管加工而成 ,两端为特种 6 4mm平式油管螺纹 (左旋 ) ,管体上每米均匀分布 72个直径 10mm孔眼 ;滤砂器是根据不同技术标准筛选不同粒度的石英砂、油井水泥、添加剂和水按配比加工压制的。优点是 :价格低、耐腐蚀、渗透率不受地层情况影响 ,能满足高矿化度油藏防砂需要 ,现场应用 2 1井次 ,成功率达 90 %。

GD sand-screening pipe

The conventional ethoxyline sand-screening pipe is harmful to both the operators and the environment because of containing excessive formaldehyde and toluene. Therefore a GD sand-screening pipe is developed, which is helpful to the environment protection. This new sand-screening pipe consists of center pipe, sand filter and guide shoe. The center pipe is machined from  64mm tubing, and the sand filter is made from silica sand, cement, additive. Use shows that the GD sand-screening pipe can meet the need of sand control, and it made less pollution to the environment.
