低温环境下钻修机的电气设计

摘    要:通过对低温环境下服役钻修机的电气状况的分析,设计出适合低温环境的钻修机电气设备,确保钻修机及其它钻采设备在低温环境能够安全高效工作;改变电气设备壳体材质,运用自动送钻、盘式刹车、电磁涡流刹车、电子天车防碰及井架自动穿销等一些成熟的技术,提高整套钻修机的自动化水平,增加空间加热器、电伴热、电加热器及自动升温控制手段,提高在-20~-45℃(极地寒冷)恶劣气候条件下服役钻修机的可靠性;改变钢材化学成分、低倍组织、铸造特殊工艺等手段,研制一批满足或接近API标准冲击要求的特制钢,确保出口到极寒冷地区的钻修机运行稳定、可靠。

Abstract:Based on an analysis of the electrical condition for the drilling rig working at low temperature,electrical equipment for operating at low temperature is designed. The material for the housing of the electrical equipment is changed,and advanced techniques are applied to improve the automation level of the drilling rig,and room heater,electric auxiliary heater,electric heater and automatic temperature controller are adopted to improve the reliability of the rig at bed weather (-20 — -45℃) . In addition,by changing the chemical compositions of the steel material and the cold temperature structure,special steel satisfying the impact requirements of API standards is developed,which ensures the stability and reliability of the drilling rig servicing in extreme cold areas.
