| 摘 要： | 为解决边远小区块油田含油污水处理和注水难的问题,开发了橇装组合式含油污水处理装置。装置由聚结平行板除油器、提升泵、初级过滤器、压盘式过滤器和净化储水罐等组成。在延长油田的现场应用表明,当来水悬浮物含量小于60 mg/L,含油小于1000mg/L,投加30×10~(-6)聚合铝药剂时,装置的压盘式过滤器出水悬浮物含量小于2mg/L,含油小于4mg/L,达到《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标》中A2类水质标准。这种装置与长轴电动离心泵配合使用时,可在同一橇座上组成污水处理-注水一体化装置。

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of oily wastewater treatment of remote small-block oilfield, a compound oily wastewater treatment device is developed. The device is comprised of oil eliminator, lifting pump, primary filter, secondary filter and water tank. Application of the device in Yanchang Oilfield the quality of the wastewater treated by the device satisfies the requirement of water injection. Matched with an electric centrifugal pump, the device can be assembled on a skid as an integrated wastewater treatment-water injection system. |
