恒同轴于井口的连续管作业机设计

摘    要:目前现场使用的连续管作业机一般采用鹅颈管变向,连续管注入与起升1次要经过6次正反弯曲变形,影响了连续管的使用寿命。为此,设计了一种恒同轴于井口的连续管作业机。这种作业机通过滚筒轴向滑移结构和径向滑移结构实现连续管从滚筒上释放出便直接恒同轴于井口进入井眼,有效减少经过鹅颈管的多余变向。另外,还设计了液压自升式支承底座,实现滚筒自行举升,避免使用吊车起吊,增加连续管注入与起升的稳定性,节约作业成本。

Abstract:Currently coiled tubing unit(CTU) used on the spot generally adopts gooseneck performing CT reverse and a CT injection and lifting undergoes six positive and negative bending deformations.This affects the service life of CT.Therefore,a type of CTU which remains concentric with wellhead was designed.The CTU achieves self-lifting of reel and avoids use of crane lifting.The axial and radial sliding structures of drum ensures the CT directly releasing from the reel and entering the hole coaxially to wellhead,thus effectively reducing superfluous reversing through gooseneck.In addition the hydraulic self-lifting supporting base was designed to reduce field use of crane,enhance the stability of CT injection and lifting and save operating costs.
