油田联合站多参数光纤传感系统的开发

摘    要:油田联合站多参数光纤传感测控系统主要由外输控制站、内输控制站、总控站、原油罐区安全监控系统和事故预案管理等几部分组成。系统中应用了自行开发的GY系列光纤液位计、GLF光纤流量发讯器和YGO光纤负压报警器。利用光纤传感技术独有的高精度、非电非接触式检测的特点,实现了油田联合站多点多参数全天候自动检测和监控,系统液位控制精度达到±5cm,压力控制精度±2kPa,大罐液位检测精度±2mm,温度检测精度±2℃,使联合站内管理控制达到一体化、智能化。

Abstract:Floater based liquid level fiber optic sensors, optic coder based liquid flow fiber optic sensors and shutter based negative pressure fiber optic sensors are developed for a distributed integrated production monitoring and control system of oilfield united stations. The control system can carry out the inspection of the oil and water level in a tri-phase separator and realize the remote transfer of signals. The inspection accuracy of liquid level reaches ± 2 mm, the system control accuracy is up to ±5 cm, and the pressure control accuracy is ± 2 kPa.
