抽油泵能量补偿装置对抽油机系统的影响

摘    要:通过对复合活塞的受力分析,导出安装抽油泵能量补偿装置后抽油机悬点载荷的计算公式,进而对抽油机悬点载荷、曲柄轴净扭矩、电动机实耗功率及抽油机系统效率进行了计算和分析。结果表明,安装抽油泵能量补偿装置后可使抽油机悬点最大载荷下降、悬点最小载荷增加,曲柄轴净扭矩最大值下降、负扭矩减小,电动机实耗功率减少,系统效率提高。指出安装抽油泵能量补偿装置后应对抽油杆下部采取有效扶正措施,防止下冲程时抽油杆柱下部失稳。

Abstract:Based on the force analysis of die compound piston, the equation for calculating the polished rod load of the pumping unit system provided with the subsrufaee pump power compensating device is derived, thereby the polished rod load, net tonlys of the clank shaft, actual power consUmption of the electric motor and the efficiency of the pumping unit system system calculated and analyzed. The result shows that, by using the pcwer compensating device, the maximum polished ed load is reduced and the ndniInum polished red load increased; the lhamum net torque nd the negative torque of the crank shaft and the actUal power consumption of the electric motor are decreased and the efficiency of the pumping unit system improved. It is indicated that measures for stabilizing the lower part of the sucker rod string should be adopted to prevent the ed string from being instable on the down stroke.
