60t钻柱升沉补偿装置的研制及应用

针对"海洋地质十号"勘察船钻探系统液压举升式门式井架的结构特点,开发了60 t钻柱升沉补偿装置。该装置采用了倒立油缸直驱技术、双阀组安全控制技术及任意位置悬停技术等多项创新技术。对60 t钻柱升沉补偿装置进行了补偿载荷和静载荷试验,试验结果表明相关设计参数达到了预定设计要求。作为国产首台套投入海洋实战作业的补偿装置,成功完成了在水深100 m、钻探取样深度150 m的作业任务,满足了用户的勘察钻探需求。60 t钻柱升沉补偿装置的成功研制及应用使我国拥有了具有自主知识产权的钻柱升沉补偿装置,推动了我国深水勘探开发用钻井平台关键设备的国产化进程。

Development and Application of a 60t Drilling String Motion Compensator

A 60 t drill string motion compensator has been developed to adapt the structural characteristics of the hydraulic portal derrick of the drilling system in exploration vessel"Marine Geology No.10".Several innovative technologies are applied in the compensator,including direct drive by inverted cylinder,safety control with double valve groups,and hanging at any position.Tests on the compensating load and static load on the 60 t drill string motion compensator have been conducted,and the results show that the design parameters meet expected design requirements.As the first domestic compensator,it has successfully completed the task of drilling 100 m underwater and sampling at 150 m,and met the client’s exploration and drilling needs.The development and application of the 60 t drill string motion compensator marks that China has had a drill string motion compensator with independent intellectual property rights,and it has promoted the localization of key equipment for deepwater drilling platforms in China.
