海洋平台上部组块机械设备动力响应评估

摘    要:海洋平台上部组块机械设备动力响应评估是保障其结构安全和设备平稳运行的重要手段。针对某海洋平台复产方案中新增空压机和增压机的振动问题,制定了海洋平台上部组块机械设备振动评估技术流程,采用ANSYS软件建立该平台上部组块有限元模型,基于提出的分析流程,计算得到平台结构的自振特性。分析了平台结构的位移响应频谱,在修井和防窜两种作业条件下,分别对平台增压机和空压机不同组合工况下的振动响应进行评估。研究结果表明:增压机和空压机的激振频率均远离平台自振频率,不会引发共振;平台结构在不同工况下的振动速度和振动加速度均满足规范要求,复产设计方案可行;平台最大响应工况为增压机与空压机B组合同时运行,实际工作时,建议以空压机B为备用设备。研究结果可为海洋平台复产计划的顺利实施提供技术保障。

Abstract:Dynamic response evaluation of topside module equipment on offshore platforms is an important means to ensure the structural safety and smooth operation of the equipment.In order to eliminate vibration of new turbochargers and air compressors in the reproduction plan of an offshore platform,a technical procedure of vibration evaluation for topside mechanical equipment on the offshore platform was formulated.Finite element model of the topside module of this platform was established using the ANSYS software,and the natural vibration characteristics of the platform structure were obtained through calculation on the basis of the analysis procedure proposed in this paper.Displacement response spectrum of the platform structure was analyzed.Under the workover and anti-channeling conditions,vibration response of the turbochargers and air compressors on the platform were evaluated respectively under different combined operating conditions.The results show that the excitation frequencies of turbochargers and air compressors are far beyond the range of the natural vibration frequency of the platform,which means resonance would not be triggered.Both the vibration velocity and acceleration of the platform structure under different operating conditions can meet the specifications,which demonstrates the reproduction design program is feasible;the evaluation showing the maximum vibration response on the platform is when the turbocharger and air compressor B run simultaneously.Therefore,it is recommended to take air compressor B as a standby unit during the actual operation.The study results can provide technical guarantee for the smooth implementation of the reproduction plan of this offshore platform.
