摘    要:管道中心线测绘坐标是管道完整性管理的重要基础数据。针对小口径油气输送管道中心线测绘对小尺寸惯性导航系统的需求及现有管道内检测技术存在不足的问题,提出了一种基于微机械惯导的管道中心线测绘与基于永磁扰动检测的管道内检测技术,研发了小口径管道多功能内检测系统。该系统体积小、结构简单、能耗低、操作方便。现场工程应用中,测绘结果和实际验证结果表明,多功能内检测系统能够准确测绘管道中心线轨迹坐标,系统永磁检测探头可以有效检测管道特征及内壁缺陷,利用时间参数可实现管道任一特征点的具体坐标匹配,有效获取管道特征的地理坐标信息。该检测系统的研发成功提高了管道内检测定位的精度,对保证小口径管道的安全运行具有重要作用。

Abstract:The surveying and mapping coordinates of pipeline centerline are important basic data for pipeline integrity management. In view of the demand for small size inertial navigation system by centerline mapping of small diameter oil and gas pipeline and the deficiency of existing pipeline internal detection technology, an in-pipeline detection technology based on pipeline centerline mapping from inertial navigation of MEMS and permanent magnet disturbance detection was proposed. A multifunctional internal detection system for small diameter pipeline was developed, which has small volume, simple structure, low energy consumption and is convenient in operation. In field engineering application, the surveying and mapping results and the actually verified results show that the multifunctional internal detection system can accurately survey and map the pipeline centerline trailing coordinates, the permanent magnet detection probes of the system can effectively detect the pipeline characteristics and the inwall defects, and the time parameters can be used to realize the specific coordinate matching of any characteristic point in the pipeline and effectively obtain the geographic coordinate information of the characteristic point of the pipeline. The successful development of the detection system improves the positioning accuracy of in-pipeline detection, and plays an important role in guaranteeing safe operation of the small diameter pipeline.
