摘    要:流体动压径向密封是利用流体动压效应研制的新型径向动密封结构, 其典型产品Kalsi型流体动压密封已在国外石油机械中获得了成功应用。在分析该密封结构和机理的基础上, 提出了“软弹流”数值迭代研究方法, 并采用MSC Marc软件对影响密封性能的重要因素———轴向接触压力进行了分析, 探讨了结构、材料、初装配条件在Kalsi密封应用中的作用, 为深入开展理论研究和进行密封圈的研制奠定了基础。

Abstract:Hydrodynamic flexible radial seal is a new kind of dynamic radial seal derived from hydrodynamic principle. As a representative product, Kalsi seal has been successfully used on petroleum machinery. After an analysis of the structure and operating principle of the seal, a method of numerical iterative procedure known as "soft elastohydrodynamic theory" is put forward. And the axial contact stress, an important factor of sealing ability, is analyzed by MSC.Marc software. At the end, the effect of the structure, material and original assembling conditions of the seal on the contact stress is investigated. The result provides a foundation for the further research and development of the sealing ring.
