新型液压轮式通井机的研制

摘    要:根据油田作业设备的现状,针对现有履带式或轮式通井机作业效率低,生产成本高,移动性能差等缺点,研制了一种新型液压轮式通井机。该通井机采用自行式结构型式,行驶和作业共用1台斯太尔WD615 67G3—36柴油机,传动系统为静压传动,对绞车实现液压制动;采用4×4全驱动型式。着重对新型通井机的结构特点、液压传动及绞车制动系统作了说明。厂内试验表明,新型液压轮式通井机在作业性能、经济性和操作等方面均有较大改善。

Abstract:In view of the shortcomings of the existing crawler-mounted tractor hoist and wheeled tractor hoist, such as low operating efficiency, high production cost and poor traveling performance, a new hydraulic wheeled tractor hoist is developed. The new hoist tractor adopts self-propelled structure, hydraulic transmission, 4×4 drive. Its travel and workover job shares the same engine. The design feature, hydraulic transmission system and drawworks brake mechanism are described in detail. Factory test shows that the new hydraulic wheeled tractor hoist is improved greatly in operation performance and economical efficiency.
