多线式单螺杆采油泵的结构特性分析

摘    要:多线式单螺杆采油泵与单线式单螺杆泵相比 ,具有流量大、泵的轴向尺寸小和排出压力高等特点 ,为进一步提高其技术经济指标 ,认为其螺杆 衬套副的运动比值i取 4∶5、泵的衬套导程系数CT 取 1 0~ 2 8较合适。在分析结构特性的基础上 ,给出了多线式单螺杆采油泵流量、排出压力的计算公式和特性参数换算公式 ,这些公式可作为多线式单螺杆采油泵的设计计算和选择使用的实用计算公式

Abstract:The multiple-lobe progressive cavity pump has the characteristics of large flow rate, small axial dimensions and high discharge pressure compared with the single-lobe pc pump. To improve its technical and economic index, it would be better to determine the screw-liner motion ratio as 4:5, the lead of the pump liner as 1.0~2.8. Based on an analysis of the design feature of the pump, the equations for calculating the flow rate and discharge pressure and the conversion equation of pump characteristic parameters are presented, and these equations can be used as practical formulus for the design and use of the pump.
