摘    要:针对石油射孔枪结构的非线性因素导致其建模困难的问题,利用基于Hilbert变换的动力学系统非线性检测因子作为加权因子,提出了一种改进的加权最小二乘支持向量机非线性建模方法。利用有限元分析得出的数据对模型进行校验,最后利用改进的遗传算法对射孔枪结构进行优化。有限元仿真验证表明,优化结果与有限元结果最大的相对误差为2.6%,也说明基于改进的加权最小二乘支持向量机和遗传算法的优化方法用于射孔枪结构优化是十分有效的。

Abstract:Since the nonlinear factor of perforating gun structure leads to difficulty of modeling,a modified Hilbert Transform Weighted Least Square Support Vector Machines(HWLS-SVM)nonlinear modeling method is proposed by using Hilbert transformed dynamic systems nonlinear testing factor as weighting factor.The data obtained from finite-element analysis are used to examine the model and the improved genetic algorithm(GA)is applied to optimize the perforating gun structure.The FEM simulating results show that the parameter optimization method based on HWLS-SVM and GA is very effective for the optimal design of perforating gun structure.
