深水钻井隔水管快速连接技术研究

摘    要:介绍了国外几种典型海洋钻井隔水管快速接头的结构特点,归纳了其优缺点及适用范围。在消化国外技术的基础上,设计了H-50X型隔水管快速接头。阐明了该型接头的结构、工作原理,给出了其主要技术参数,并对其主要技术特点做了说明。这种接头只需周向旋转驱动环30°就可锁紧,锁紧方式独特、快捷。最后采用ANSYS有限元软件对接头进行多体接触分析,验证了设计的正确性和合理性。

Abstract:The design features of the quick coupling of several typical foreign offshore drilling risers were introduced and its strengths and weaknesses and the scope of its application were summarized in this paper. The quick coupling of Model H-50X was designed on the basis of digesting the relevant foreign technologies. The structure and operating principle of the coupling were expounded. Its main technological parameters were given. Its main technological features were explained.Merely a 30°circumferential rotation of the driving ring can lock the coupling. The locking method is unique and fast.Finally the ANSYS finite element software was adopted to make a multi-body contact analysis of the coupling and the correctness and rationality of the design were verified.
