| 摘 要： | 封隔器验封过程中,常规方法存在验封过程复杂,人为因素影响大以及成本高等缺点。为此,采用有限元法对遇油膨胀封隔器在井下各种工况下的密封性进行了研究,以建立不同压力下遇油膨胀封隔器的密封性评判标准为研究目标,以期为现场遇油膨胀封隔器的密封性判断提供理论依据。采用超弹性单元和四边形单元建立中心管、胶筒和套管的模型,表面粗糙度的模拟通过随机曲线来体现。分析模拟结果认为,胶筒上、下无论是承受压差还是不承受压差,最大接触压力都位于胶筒的中部位置。在胶筒承受压差的作用下,下方胶筒的接触压力大于上方胶筒的接触压力。
