ZSX—1型带压检泵装置的应用

摘    要:针对压井作业会造成地层损害而降低油井产能以及由此导致修井费用增加的问题,推广应用了ZSX—1 型带压检泵装置。装置由油管悬挂密封装置、井下开关、单流泄油器、进油接头、防顶器和加重管等组成,可在套喷生产情况下正常起、下泵,有效地防止井喷,避免油层损害。文南油田35 井次的应用表明,这种装置使用效果较好,对稳油控水,保持油井正常生产,提高产能和维持油井潜力起到重要作用,直接经济效益明显,是文明施工作业的理想设备。

Abstract:Well killing may cause formation damage and well productivity decrease and result in an increase of well servicing cost, therefore a new device for subsurface pump checking under pressure, Model ZSX—1 subsurface pump checking device, is developed. The device is comprised of tubing hanger seal, downhole switch, drain valve, inlet joint, protector and weight tube. By using this device, the subsurface pump can be pulled and lowered under flowing production, well blowout can be prevented effectively and reservior damage can be avoided. Application shows this device operates well and is of great importance to keeping well production normal and increasing production rate.
