三缸泵泵阀故障的幅值域多参数诊断法

摘    要:采用振动信号幅值域多参数(如峭度指标、裕度指标和脉冲指标等)诊断法,可较准确地判别三缸泵泵阀的故障。通过对测取的三缸泵阀箱上泵阀关闭过程振动加速度信号的幅值域多参数的统计分析证明,采用振动信号幅值域多参数诊断法可有效提取泵阀失效故障的特征信息,且故障信息特征非常明显。由于仅用较少的几个参数就可完成对泵阀状态较准确的描述,大大简化了泵阀故障特征的提取。可见这种诊断法具有简单实用、所用特征参数少和易于建立泵阀故障诊断系统数据库等优点。

Abstract:By adopting the vibration signal amplitude domain multiparameter diagnosis method, the troubles of the valve on a triplex pump can be recognized accurately. Statistics and analysis of amplitude domain parameters of the vibration acceleration signal measured during closing of the pump valve shows that, by using this diagnosis method, the feature information of the pump valve failure can be extracted effectively, and the failure information features are rather obvious. The status of the pump valve can be described precisely by a few parameters, therefore the failure feature information extraction is greatly simplified. The abovementioned trouble diagnosis method has the advantages of being simple, demanding less feature parameters and being easy to create diagnosis system database.
