摘    要:离心泵液力轴封分动密封和静密封两部分。实现静密封的关键元件是密封环,在离心泵整个启停过程中密封环都受到力和过盈配合的作用。只要泵运转,无论密封环有无过盈,在离心力作用下其张缩量δ与转速n成抛物线关系。密封环的工作曲线图可分为动密封区、动静密封过渡区和动密封失效区,各呈现不同的密封工作状态。分析了起静密封作用时的静密封压力和密封环转动时的有关受力情况,阐述了密封环过盈量的确定方法,导出了密封环δ和n的解析式,认为密封环环裙承受的径向静压力为全部径向静压力的65%,并给出了计算实例。

Abstract:The working chart of the sealing ring on the hydraulic shaft seal can be divided into dynamic seal ared, dynamic seal-static seal transition area and dynamic seal inactivation area. The static seal pressure and the force on the sealing ring are analyzed, the determination of the magnitude of interference is expounded, and the analytical expressions for the extension and shrinkage δ and rotarg speed n of the sealing ring are derived. It is indicated that the radial static pressure on the skirt of the sealing ring is 65% of all the radial static pressures, and an example of calculation is given.
