摘    要:根据叶轮机械三元流动的普遍理论和涡轮钻具叶轮具体边界问题,建立了三元流动计算的数学模型,推导出了适用于叶轮机械三元流动计算的流函数方程,将三元流动计算流函数法成功地运用于涡轮钻具叶栅的数值计算。编制了计算SI流面(叶片到叶片间回转面)速度分布的计算机程序,并对几种涡轮钻具实例进行了数值计算和流动分析,同时进行了涡轮钻具台架性能试验。通过对理论计算和试验结果对比分析,指出了几种涡轮钻具叶片的不足。

Abstract:Based on the general theory of three-dimensional flow in a turbomachine and the specific boundary condition of the turbine of a turbodrill, a mathematical model for the three-dimensional flow calculation is established, relevant equation of stream function is derived, and the stream function method for three-dimensional flow calculation is successfully used on the calculation of turbodrill cascades. A computer program for calculating the velocity distribution on S1 stream surfare is developed, examples of calculation and flow analysis of several turbodrills are presented, and a stand test of the turbodrill is conducted. In addition, the shortcomings of several turbodrills are pointed out.
