摘    要:为解决压裂泵车重载设备的隔振问题,提高现有橡胶隔振器的隔振性能,提出了一种新型隔振装置设计方案。基于隔振理论并结合压裂泵车发动机等上装设备的实际参数与要求,利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对该隔振装置的静、动态特性及模态进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明,该隔振器满足台上设备载荷下的强度要求,能够有效避免与上装设备和自身关键部件产生共振,确定了隔振器的危险频率为50和160 Hz。最后利用仿真软件Matlab对该隔振器的隔振性能进行了验证与分析,证明了该重载隔振器的设计具有良好的隔振性及稳定性。

Abstract:To solve the problem of vibration isolation of fracture pump truck's overload equipment and improve the isolation performance of rubber isolator available,the design scheme of a new type of vibration isolation device was formulated.On the basis of vibration isolation theory the finite element software ANSYS Workbench was applied to conduct a finite element analysis of the static and dynamic characteristics and mode of the device referring to the practical parameters and requirements of mounted equipments such as fracture pump truck engine.The analysis shows that the isolator satisfies the strength requirement under the load of mounted equipment.It can avoid resonance between mounted equipment and its own key parts.The dangerous frequencies of the isolator were determined as 50 Hz and 160 Hz.Finally,the simulation software Matlab was used to analyze and verify the isolation performance of the isolator and prove that the design of the heavy-load isolator is characterized by desirable isolation and stability.
