摘    要:针对现有冲蚀磨损试验方法和试验装置不能模拟实际气体钻井过程气体携岩冲蚀钻具的问题,开发了气体钻井钻具冲蚀磨损试验装置。该装置由风机、送风管、加料管、混合室、加速管、试验管、连接管、旋风分离器、尾管、水箱、气体流量计等组成。它能模拟气体钻井过程中,不同气体排量、机械钻速等钻井工艺参数及不同属性岩屑对钻具冲蚀磨损的情况,具有结构简单、管道封闭、不污染环境、运行噪声小等特点;也可以开展管道气固两相流的相关试验研究。

Abstract:The existing experimental method and device for erosion and wear of drilling tool cannot simulate the actual situation of gas eroding the drilling tool through carrying rocks during the gas drilling. Therefore,the new experimental device for erosion of drilling tool of gas drilling is developed. The device consists of wind engine,wind-feeding tube,feeding tube,mixing chamber,speeding tube,test tube,connection tube,cyclone separator,tail tube,water box and gas flowmeter. It can simulate the erosion situation of drilling tool by different gas displacement and drilling speed as well as rock cuttings with different features during the gas drilling. And it is characterized by simple structure,closed pipeline,non-environment pollution and low operating noise. The related test study of pipeline gas-solid two-phase flow can also be carried out.
