| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了XJ250修井机的现场试用情况,经在25口油、水井上进行小修作业试验,表明该机具有性能可靠,移运性好,液力传动形式工作平稳,效率高,人工/自动换挡切换系统符合实际要求,操作简便,维修方便等优点。笔者根据现场的生产组织型式和工人的技术水平,对该机提出了修改意见。

In-Situ Tests for XJ250 Workover Rig |

| Abstract: | This article presents an summarized account of in-situ tests for the servicing performance of a XJ250 workover rig at 25 oil/water wells. The tests show that the rig is preferred for its super reliability, high efficiency and good mobility, as well as the smooth hydrostatic transmission, satisfactory manual/automatic switchover system and the features of easy operation and convenient repairs. The author puts forward, then some suggestions for further improvement on the rig in view of the organization on worksite and the technical quality of field workers. |
