摘    要:采用经纬仪观测位移和电阻应变片测量应力的方法,对K型模型井架的位移和应力进行了试验室测试;采用线性和几何非线性的计算机程序,对模型井架进行了有限元计算分析。测试和计算分析表明,井架承受垂直载荷时,除产生前倾变形外,还产生轻微的扭转变形。测试的位移值和应力值都比计算值大,说明目前的计算方法还不能反映由于制造和安装误差使井架产生的附加变形与应力,这种计算方法需进一步完善和改进。

Abstract:The displacement and stress of K type medel derrick are measured respectively by using a theodolite and strainome-ters in the laboratory Finite element calculation and analysis of the medel derrick are conducted by using the linear and nonlinear algorithm. Measurement and calculation show that, then the derrick is acted by vertical loads, it will have a slight torsional deformation besides the forward deformation, and the measured values of the displacement and stress are larger than the calculated values, this means the existing calculating methods ale imperfect and should be improved.
