摘 要: | 应用应力强度因子表达式,在线弹性断裂力学K_I=K_(IC)判据的基础上,提出了25.40mm、22.23mm、19.05mm、15.88mm等4种规格的20CrMo钢D级抽油杆杆体存在局部表面缺陷时确定缺陷临界尺寸的8张图线,并举例说明了工程中使用这些图线的具体方法。对抽油杆杆体实际表面缺陷的简化也提出了原则性的处理意见。

The Critical Size of Surface Defect on the Sucker Rod Body |

Abstract: | According to the criterion K_I= K_(IC) given in linear-elastic fracture mechanics and using the expression of stress-intensity factor, this articlc presents eight graphs for determining the critical size of local surface defect on the body of grade D sucker rods of four sizes: 25.40, 22.23, 19.05 and 15.88mm. An example is given to explain the method of using these graphs. Recommended practices are presented for regularizing actual surface defects for the convenience of study. |
