| 摘 要： | 水平井分段压裂工艺技术是提高苏里格气田单井产量的有效手段,为此,研制了水平井分段压裂滑套。水平井分段压裂滑套包括压差式开启滑套和投球式喷砂滑套,通过与水力锚、悬挂封隔器、裸眼封隔器、坐封球座、筛管引鞋及低密度球配合使用,可以根据地质情况及分段压裂的段数进行调整。苏里格气田20-17-16H井的现场应用表明,水平井分段压裂滑套结构简单、操作方便、打开压力稳定,可以实现下行锁紧、低密度球的顺利返排,不影响后续生产。
