摘    要:一般抽油泵、防砂泵和稠油泵都无法使出砂严重且原油粘度高的油井正常生产,而成功的防砂均会不同程度地降低油井的产能。为此,研制了多功能稠油泵。这种新型抽油泵采用特殊的抽稠结构、强制启闭结构和沉砂结构,可有效避免砂卡和拉缸现象,提高稠油充满系数,从而防止气(汽)锁。这种泵结构简单,维修方便,可举升粘度≤400mPa·s的原油,与电热杆配套,可实现原油粘度10000mPa·s以内油井的开采。20余井次的现场应用和30余井次的推广应用表明,这种泵可提高产液量和产油量,且泵效明显提高,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Successful sand control generally causes the reduction of oil well production to a certain degree. Thereby a multi-function heavy oil pump is developed. The pump adopts special heavy oil pumping structure, a mechanism for opening and closing pump valve forcibly and a sand sedimentation structure, which can improve the fill coefficient of heavy oil and prevent pump stick and gas locking. The pump is simple in structure and is easy to maintain, and it can be used to lift crude oil with a viscosity of less than 4000mPa s. Used with electric heated sucker rod, it can realize the exploitation of crude oil with a viscosity below i0000mPa s. Field use shows that the pump can improve oil production with increased pump efficiency.
