摘    要:介绍了高含硫气田钻井过程中H2S对钻井的危害特点及应力腐蚀机理,探讨了钻具硫化氢腐蚀的影响因素,提出预防钻柱失效的四条措施即正确选材,改善工作环境,降低服役载荷或应力以及加强管理。指出含硫气田钻具腐蚀与防护研究的热点及发展发向是:开展高温高压、H2S CO2 Cl-共存、以及高矿化度地层水等恶劣环境腐蚀研究;加强对H2S CO2共存环境中的腐蚀基础理论研究;开发经济性抗硫钻杆及制定相关标准,为我国高含硫气的开发提供指导的借鉴。

Abstract:The characters of H_2S damage to well drilling and mechanism of stress corrosion during drilling in gas fields with high sulfur content are introduced. The influence factors of drilling tool corrosion of H_2S are discussed. It is proposed that 4 measures shall be taken to prevent drill string failure, which include correct materials shall be selected, operation environment shall be improved, operation load or stress shall be reduced and management shall be strengthened. It is pointed out that the highlight for researching drill tool H_2S corrosion and its protection and orientation of the research include that study shall be conducted on the high temperature and high pressure, co-existence of H_2S CO_2 Cl~- and severe corrosive environment of formation water with high salinity, study on the fundamental theory of corrosion in the environment of co-existence of H_2S CO_2 shall be strengthened, sulfur-resistance drilling pipe shall be developed and related standard shall also be set up for providing a guidance for sulfur content gas field development in China.
