杀菌剂在石油管道中应用研究

摘    要:分析了影响石油管道运输的主要因素,包括细菌、温度、杂质等,提出用杀菌剂异噻唑啉酮处理,试验计划包括针对固着细菌和浮游细菌的杀菌剂性能评估的试验。其内容包括:应在管道每输完一批产品之后进行细菌分析;每次输油后应进行管内沉积物分析和水分析;对沉积物进行细菌分析。试验结果表明,杀菌剂异噻唑啉酮能够有效杀灭各种富营养细菌;杀菌剂异噻唑啉酮的添加可减少沉积物底下的腐蚀和生物膜堆积;对于具有更高抗菌剂的细菌,杀菌剂异噻唑啉酮能够抑制细菌的成长。

Abstract:Main factors affecting petroleum pipeline transportation,including bacterium, temperature,impurity,etc,were analysed and then using isothiazolone to treat it were also proposed,the experiment aiming at the bactericidal performance of the fixation bacterium. and bacterioplankton.It induded;bacterium analysis was carried out after the transportation of a batch of product every time;as well as sediment analysis and water analysis after oil transportation.The test result indicated that bactericide isothiazolone can kills various eutrophy bacterium;decrease the corrosion and biomembrane accumulate;to the bacterium having higher germifuga,it can restrain the growth of bacteriade.
