注聚井堵塞动态过程研究

摘    要:为明确注聚井堵塞形成的过程,进行了堵塞物产生原因分析,利用长填砂管模拟了堵塞的动态过程。分析认为,聚合物配制过程中产生的鱼眼、注入水中钙镁离子引起聚合物分子桥接以及聚合物在孔隙中的吸附滞留是注聚井堵塞的主要原因。长填砂管模拟实验结果表明,在聚合物注入过程中,聚合物/注入水、砂粒的相互作用形成的大直径胶团,在注聚端造成严重堵塞;在采出端的堵塞主要来自聚合物在孔隙中的吸附滞留,堵塞程度相对较弱。通过注聚井堵塞动态变化的研究,为注聚井解堵工艺设计提供理论支撑。

Abstract:In order to clarify the process of plugging in polymer injection wells, the causes of plugging were analyzed, and the dynamic process of plugging was simulated by sand pack experiment. It is concluded that the main reasons for the plugging of polymer injection wells are the polymer micelles produced during the preparation of polymer, the polymer molecules bridging caused by calcium and magnesium ions in the injection water and the polymer adsorption and retention in the medium. The simulation results of the sand pack experiments show that the large diameter polymer micelles formed by the interaction of polymer, injection water and sand particles during the polymer flooding process, which cause serious plugging at the polymer injection end. The adsorption and retention of polymer was main reason of plugging at the production end. Through the study of plugging dynamic process of polymer injection wells, it provides theoretical support for the design of plugging removal.
